For our team in Landshut and/or Großbeeren (near Berlin) we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) with a focus on the revitalization and refurbishment of existing facades.

Your essential duties include:

• Management, organization and execution of sophisticated facade projects – nationally and internationally
• Multi-project management with focus on “Time, Budget & Quality”
• Professional and technical coordination with our design team as well as all internal and external project participants
   

What you can contribute:

• Profound knowledge in facade project management
• Several years of professional experience in metal construction/facade construction as project manager/construction manager
• Responsibility for the technical and economic handling of the projects
• A structured and systematic way of working
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Well-versed handling of PC and MS-Office programs; Corresponding knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience with SolidWorks, Revit, Rhino are advantageous
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage
